What is the cleaning rate?
We charge only for the amount of time that we actually clean. Our hourly rate is $35.00 for regular clients, which includes all equipment and supplies as well as insurance and taxes. The hourly rate for first time or move-in/move-out cleans is $37.50

What are your hours of operation?
We generally clean Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Weekend and evening cleaning can be arranged by appointment.

Can I get an estimate for my home?
We are happy to provide you with a free estimate. We now have an automatic online estimate program! We can also provide a rough estimate over the phone, or schedule a visit to your house for a more accurate estimate.

What factors affect my bid?
Several things affect how we estimate the amount of time it will take to clean your home:
  • If general cleaning or detailed cleaning is desired
  • The size of your home, number of rooms, etc.
  • The number of residents, children, and pets
  • Overall usage
  • Amount of knick-knacks, types of window treatments, and floor surfaces
  • Extras requested, i.e. making beds, laundry, dishes, etc.
  • Your priorities for limiting the charges or the amount of time spent.

What if I want a move-in or move-out clean?
We can help you when moving out of or into a home. The hourly rate for first time or move-in/move-out cleaning is $37.50 per hour. This is a more detailed cleaning that includes but is not limited to: washing inside cabinets and drawers, cleaning ovens, refrigerators, woodwork, blinds, edging, carpet, etc.

What information do I need to provide prior to the first cleaning?
Each client is unique. Let us know what your day and time preferences are and how often you would like us to clean. We are able to customize your cleaning schedule, but recommend that you request a regularly recurring schedule, such as weekly, biweekly, or monthly. We will also need to know how to access your home in order to clean - i.e. will you leave us a key, garage code, or will someone let us in? Every homeowner key we receive is coded and kept secure in a locked cabinet. All security code information is kept strictly confidential.

What do I need to do to prepare for a cleaner?
Please leave the cleaner a note if anything different is required that day. Also, it is easier to get the job done well in the time that is allowed if the house is straightened up prior to cleaning. If your thermostat is on a timer, please adjust accordingly so your home isn't too warm or too cold for the cleaner. And please remember, we get sick too! If you or a member of your family is ill, please call to reschedule.

How will I be billed?
We accept payment by check, credit card, or automatic withdrawal from checking or savings accounts. We send statements to our clients at the end of each month. We ask that if you are paying by check, that payment be made by the 15th of the following month. If we are doing a move-out clean for you, we require a credit card to ensure payment.
